Our longest serving employee

Jan McCormick has finally hung up her keyboard after 27 years service with Researchcraft. She joined the company, when it was first founded in 1995 by Geoff and Joan Allan, having previously spent more than a decade in fieldwork management at Millward Brown. Jan quickly established herself as an indispensible member of the team and grew to become an expert across a wide range of methodologies ranging from product testing to brand tracking. Amongst her greatest qualities were her wealth of technical skills, research knowledge and unstinting eye for detail. She will be missed more than anything as a colleague and as part of the original DNA of the company.
